How much does each listing cost?
Each individual listing starts at $49/month billed on a 30-day cycle. We do offer enterprise level pricing – contact admin@borrow-pit.com for a quote.
How do I contact the Seller of a listing?
In order to reveal the Seller’s contact information, you need to create an account. If you have an account, make sure to login.
Who is responsible for loading and logistics?
We encourage all of our Buyers and Sellers to hash out the terms of their agreement off the listing platform.
What if my material subcategory is not listed on the platform?
If you are interested in listing a material that does not have the proper subcategory – contact admin@borrow-pit.com and we can create one.
Why would I pay to list with Borrow-Pit.com?
Borrow-Pit.com has a database of over 100,000 contacts in the commercial, heavy-civil, industrial and residential construction industries that need to know what you have available.
Does Borrow-Pit.com provide any assurances of material accuracy?
Due to the size and scope of the dirt and aggregate industry we are relying on our Sellers for the accuracy of their post. We also encourage anyone interested in a listing to arrange for an inspection of the material and to have a representative on-site during load out to ensure all materials are up to your satisfaction.
